At Tauchen Hurghada Club, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your booking. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be granted.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. General Cancellation Policy

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled activity date will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the scheduled activity date will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled activity date are not eligible for a refund.

2.2. No-Shows

  • No refunds will be given for no-shows.

  • In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), please contact us as soon as possible. We may provide a full or partial refund at our discretion.
